Position Summary:

  • We are looking for an HR Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 1 year plus
  • Registered Member of Institute of Human Resource Management
  • Work experience as an HR/ & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Organizational skills

Duties and responsibilities

HR Officer

Role

The role of HR Officer is to carry out HR department activities such as recruitment, conducting training, skill planning, and leave management.

Reporting
The HR Officer reports to the HR Head or to as shall be directed.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all organizational systems, processes and polices of AGILE.
  • Manage leave application process.
  • Manage employees’ timesheets.
  • Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process.
  • Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests.
  • Carry out all required pre-employment checks to ensure that candidates are appropriately qualified for jobs being filled.
  • Schedule trainings based on department needs.
  • Arrange internal training and development program, using external suppliers and consultants as required to meet identified training needs.
  • Prepare various HR reports and share with the supervisor

Key Participatory Areas

  • Coordinate arrangements for introducing new employee into the company, including employee induction.
  • Performance management and employee evaluation.
  • Coordinate arrangements for allocation of resources (desktop, computer, ID etc) to new employee and his/her enrollment to payroll.
  • Assist finance in processing payroll by providing data on employees leaves, commissions etc.

  • We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance and governance of the Statements of Work. You will lead teams to provide the client with efficient and effective project services and support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or equivalent
  • Experience: 3 years plus
  • Proven working experience in project management (IT related projects).
  • Masters is a plus

Duties and responsibilities

Project Manager

Role
Project manager’s role is to oversee the functioning of project management team/or assigned department and ensure the project delivery is of good quality and on time.

Reporting
Project manager reports to Managing Director directly or as may be advised.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all organizational systems, processes and polices.
  • Oversee the functioning of Project management department or as shall be advised.
  • Set Project Department targets based on revenue and product/service plan during annual planning.
  • Plan the resource requirements & budget to implement the project department plan.
  • Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.
  • Tailor expert knowledge to meet specific circumstances.
  • Designing and applying appropriate project management standards
  • Delegate the new project to a project coordinator or Team Leads when a new project comes in from sales department.
  • Planning and monitoring the project
  • Ensure milestones are maintained.
  • Coordinate efficiently between client and the technical team for effective execution of project.
  • Ensure all projects are executed within time limits, budget and of required quality.
  • In case project is deviating from schedule, ensure resources are available to complete the project on time.
  • As per milestones ensure invoice is released on time by accounts department.
  • Ensure timely payment collection.
  • Identify skill development/enhancement needs of the team and arrange for required training.
  • Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
  • Prepare reports and share with Chief Operations Officer, the MD and the rest of the Management team as shall be communicated from time to time
  • Manage time sheet of the department.
  • Performance appraisal of department.
  • Get inputs from Chief Operations Officer, fellow project Managers, Business Development Manager or any other persons as shall be advised based on customer feedback and see if any improvement (such as skills etc) is required in the project management/ department resources.
  • Whenever required provide technical consultancy internally or to client.
  • Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards
  • Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.
  • Preparing any follow-on action recommendations
  • Acquiring product expertise on regular basis.
  • Acquire Installation/testing expertise on regular basis.
  • Keeping abreast with new technology.
  • Product orientation to other team members.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills.
  • For core process related detailed responsibilities, refer to core process manual.

Key Participatory Areas

  • Management review meetings
  • Participate in department meetings such as project kick off meeting, weekly project review meeting and final project review meeting.
  • Assist Project Coordinator or the Team Lead in preparing project plan, estimation, doing project costing etc, if required.
  • Provide any feedback received from client to the sales and support team for further improvement opportunities.
  • Support Marketing in branding by providing project management related
    articles, write-ups etc, whenever required.
  • Any other assignments as shall be communicated by your supervisor
